Return & Complaints
Under the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the contract by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In order for you to exercise your right of cancellation, you must return the goods in undamaged condition, in the original packaging. When using the right of cancellation, you are responsible for the return cost – the package must be sent with traceability and crediting of shipping to you as a customer is not made.
The right of cancellation does not apply to specially ordered or specially manufactured goods for you as a customer. This means goods that are printed with the customer’s motif or otherwise refined according to the customer’s specification.
Please note that you have no right of exchange or cancellation:
Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, for example as in the category Protection & Safety, face visor.
Shipping & Returns are at your own expense, unless we have packed the wrong item. Returns should be sent as a traceable parcel, not against cash on delivery, to our production in Poland (address provided by Customer Service). Exchanges are not allowed as the product is printed according to your original.
Packages that are not received/collected go back to production, however, the charge is not credited and if you as a customer want your package, a new shipping cost will be added.
If a product you have ordered has become something wrong with, please contact us. No return packages are accepted before a complaint has been reported and approved, the product will then be sent back to you and the carrier may charge extra fees.
Claims must be made within a reasonable time, which means; within 5 working days after delivery has been completed, to be considered within a reasonable time. Therefore, make sure to always check your parcel and product as soon as you have received it. We will require photos of the product to ensure that the problem exists and where it has gone wrong, before a claim can be accepted.
If something is not right with the product, please contact Customer Services and we will do what we can to solve or replace the problem.

Complaints that are not accepted
- Unreasonable product expectations. For example, if a rollup has been ordered at a price of SEK 400, the cavity cannot be expected to last as long as a rollup for SEK 1300.
- Incorrect orders from the customer. Should the wrong colour, wrong number, wrong product, wrong print or wrong size be ordered through the webshop, the complaint will not be approved. Products we deliver are for the most part completely customised via, for example, printing and cannot be withdrawn and/or resold to another customer.
- Delivery that has been delayed because we have received incorrect address information or that the recipient has not been on site when delivery is attempted. Delivery that is delayed due to delayed approval of proofs before printing or order confirmation.
Complaint that is accepted
- Obvious defects in the product delivered (not transport damage): Should the product you have received be broken or otherwise not correspond to the product description in terms of function, you have the opportunity to complain about the product. Complaints can only be made on the product / product part that is broken / unusable remaining parts of the product / order can not be complained. Before the complaint can be approved, pictures of the product must be received to ensure that the problem exists and we reserve the right to find a solution or perform a repair on the product / part, if possible. If this is not possible, the claim will be accepted but the shipping charge will remain.
