Transport Damages

If you notice that any carton is or looks damaged, it is important that you notify the delivery person directly. The driver should then make a report/note of this before you sign the receipt. If the damaged goods are not reported at the time of delivery, it is difficult to obtain reimbursement or compensation afterwards from the freight forwarder. You as the customer are responsible for reporting any damage to the goods to the driver/forwarder. If you cannot reach an agreement with the carrier, you should contact us as soon as possible and make us aware of the situation. However, we are not responsible for any transport damage and we do not pursue any claims on behalf of the customer.

Transport damage must be reported to the driver immediately upon delivery!
